There is a difference between a "nutritionist" and a Registered Dietitian. You see, there are no requirements to use the title of "nutritionist". This term has no standard of education or training. In contrast, a Registered Dietitian is a nationally recognized title for nutrition expert. It reflects a high level of training and experience in the nutrition and health field.
We suggest you meet with one of our state licensed, Registered Dietitians to customize your diet to your lifestyle. The better the diet fits your life, the better you will follow the diet. The better you follow the diet, the more weight you will lose. Simple as that. As you get closer to your goal, you and one of our dietitians will increase your calories to get you to your maintenance stage. After that, know that we'll always be here should you ever need us.
